Choose whichever subject you feel appropriate, start the timer, and start writing. Write quickly, fluidly. Do not stop or hesitate filter. Just put down any thing and everything that comes to mind with respect to your topic.
If you get to 10 with little effort, continue to write 10 more things to list. Do not stop until the timer goes off, or you completely exhausted your list of ideas. And then, just when you think that you done all you can do. . . reset the timer for an additional three minutes, and add five items to your list. Really. Be as creative as you can. Snail box ol 'wide open! Then, once you actually finished your list, it was 10 or 20 or 100 items long, you can start to fix it and shape it into something useful.
Start by grouping like things together. Chances are - if you really are undoubtedly exercises - you have some repeats and redundancies. Language might be a little different, but the thought of some things that probably are the same. Group similar items together, and remove items just repetitions the previous item. Prioritize your list, put the most important or most frequent issues addressed above. It might be five things that long, or it contains a dozen things. Remember, there is no right or wrong here - this is your list!
