Tiko, a shy Japanese girl student, who receives a book as a gift from his father on his 11th birthday. When Tiko book opens, he will release tickle, with a mischievous sprite imprisoned in a book for playing pranks on people. Tiko was not at first believe tickle is a magician, and tells him to prove it. So tickle deliver Tiko's scarf from his friend Mico (who just moved to Hokkaido, and promised to be around for Tiko's birthday). When Tiko realizes the truth, he was happy to befriend tickle. Tickle cast a spell, and Tiko was surprised when his mother tells him and his "sister" tickle to come down for dinner. Tickle reveals that in order to avoid difficult questions about where he came from, he could pass himself off as a twin sister Tiko's. Tickle uses his power to solve problems every day and, of course, to continue playing tricks on people (especially Tiko's annoying kid sister, Hina).
Like other attractive girls, tickle is a special phrase she uses to cast a spell, it was: "Tamara Maharu Furanpa."

Perhaps because it is aimed at a large younger demographic than the other Go Nagai creations, tickle Majokko Nagai is one of the most obscure works. However, The series was dubbed into other languages and broadcast in several other countries, including Italy (Lilli, un l'altro guaio residual), France (Magique Tickle, drole de fee or "tickle The funny fairy "), Turkey, and Poland (Magiczne Igraszki). In Italy, the opening theme song is an instrumental version of the original Japanese theme by Mitsuko Horie, and the Polish version (aired on Polonia 1) maintains the original Japanese speech theme, but an entirely different song was used in the French version. The Polish style is unique in that it does not actually feature Polish voice actors, but only a reading of the Polish-language dialogue with a female voiceover artist in the original Japanese dialogue. Both Italian and French style is totally new music and SFX, perhaps because Toei did not have the original material. A Spanish dub, Cosquillas titled Mgicas, is also shown in Spain on Antena 3 network.
Because the series copyright belongs to Toei Co. Ltd. and Toei Animation, a VHS and LD release is not possible. Also, for this situation, tickle look like the 1999 Role-playing video game Majokko Daisakusen: Little witching Mischiefs (featured magical girls from Toei Animation TV series from 1966-1981, including Cutie Honey, Megu-Chan, Sally, Lunlun Akko-chan and the others), is not possible. After several years, The series has finally been released to the market through home video in Japan Toei Video 4 DVD set of two discs betwenn 2005 and 2006.
