Is the manga for starting Neon Evangelion still ongoing?

I tried to watch Evangelion a while back, but had not finished it, so I've recently started to read manga online. The site where I read it is that chapter 78 as the last chapter and it's not really an ending. I know that the Anime has its own ending and then there are alternate endings OVA. I was just wondering if the manga is still being written or something? This will have a different ending like anime. Look I'm on Wikipedia and it says continue, which is unique because its been out since 1994. Thanks to advanced.

yes it is going up I do not know the exact date but according to wiki new installment is released every month in the magazine Shonen Ace
