Off the Shoulder Top?
I always see cute shrug off the tops here and there and I always want to make it. But I'm a total noob at sewing So I am afraid I have to cut the neck of a t-shirt! Top hem so I must make a clean neckline? Or should I create a wide neckline and add an elastic neck? Also, do you have any tips on making an off the shoulder mini-dress? I assumed that I could use a big t-shirt and cut the neckline but it may end up really wide! Please give me some tips on it. Thanks!
I personally think that leaving the "clean un" neck line looked better than the elastic line scruffles neck and give it the edge and showing u have skill / style to make your own clothes and can was bulging so if you know how to make relationships on the side I think that will look rad
